The Innovations & Intraprenuership course at CU Boulder focused on applying the tools and behaviors of young companies to department operations within a larger organization. This includes market research, project ideation, value propositions, cost analysis (P&L), and “the pitch” product proposal—you have to get people on your side.

My product pitch was for my employer, Eldorado Climbing Walls, and involved designing climbing walls with a repeating pattern of simplified shapes—squares, triangles, and trapezoids—rather than custom cutting each shape to fit a particular design.
